1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on luckon.cam, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any service provided by luckon, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using luckon services and refrain from registering an account.

luckon reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of luckon services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To use luckon services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. luckon strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines and your local jurisdiction.

• Compliance: You must not be prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be registered with any self-exclusion program or database, including PAGCOR's National Council on Problem Gambling registry.

luckon operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all relevant Philippine gambling laws and regulations. By registering with luckon, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access luckon services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and other requested details. You agree to keep your account information up to date and notify luckon immediately of any changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with luckon. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. luckon reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated bets, winnings, and bonuses without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckon username, password, and account credentials. Do not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify luckon immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. luckon will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Verification Requirements

luckon may require you to submit proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Such documents may include a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), utility bills, bank statements, or other documentation deemed necessary by luckon. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

luckon accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players:

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. luckon does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. Deposits are typically credited to your luckon account instantly, though bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your luckon account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities. luckon reserves the right to refuse deposits or request additional documentation if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your luckon account balance at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification procedures and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible.

5.2 Processing Times

luckon strives to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers are processed within 1-3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1-12 hours depending on blockchain network conditions.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and verification level. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. 6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

luckon offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x, 40x) of the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires PHP 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

luckon strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or any other behavior deemed by luckon to constitute unfair advantage. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts closed, bonuses voided, and winnings confiscated.

6.3 Promotion-Specific Terms

Each promotion offered by luckon is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on luckon are final and cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed. luckon reserves the right to void bets if we suspect fraud, collusion, technical errors, or rule violations. In the event of obvious errors (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), luckon reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to the official result as determined by the governing sports authority or league. luckon reserves the right to suspend betting markets, adjust odds, or void bets in cases of match postponement, abandonment, or official result changes. Dead heat rules, overtime rules, and sport-specific regulations apply as detailed in luckon's sports betting rules.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games on luckon use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are available within each game. luckon does not manipulate game outcomes and operates under the supervision of PAGCOR and independent auditing agencies.

7.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are subject to the decisions of the live dealer and video evidence. In disputes, luckon's decision based on video review is final. Players must conduct themselves respectfully toward dealers and other players. Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate chat restrictions or account suspension.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your luckon account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following the completion of KYC verification and any pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

9.2 Termination by luckon

luckon reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated responsible gaming policies, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect luckon's business interests or comply with legal obligations.

9.3 Consequences of Termination

If your account is closed due to breach of terms or fraudulent activity, luckon may withhold any remaining balance, void pending bets, and confiscate winnings. luckon reserves the right to share information regarding account closures with other gambling operators, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, luckon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of luckon services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.

luckon is not responsible for any technical failures, internet connection issues, payment processing delays, or third-party service interruptions that may affect your ability to access luckon services or place bets. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that luckon cannot guarantee winnings or outcomes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of luckon services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through luckon's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR's Complaints and Adjudication Division for mediation.
